Volunteer/Fundraising Requirements
Each family is required to submit a $200 post dated cheque for April 30th, 2027 with skater(s) name in memo or complete the in lieu of cheque option on Uplifter for a post dated credit card payment for April 30th, 2027 at the beginning of the season, prior to their skater’s first session.
Families are expected to contribute 4 hours of volunteer time over the course of the season. There are many opportunities available to fulfill this requirement—please speak with a Board Member or contact us at petrolia.skating.club@gmail.com for more information.
In addition to volunteering, each family is also responsible for a fundraising contribution of $50 profit, which goes directly to support club operations.
Once both the volunteer hours and fundraising requirements have been met, the $200 cheque is securely destroyed and will not be cashed or the post dated credit card payment will be cancelled.
